By accessing or using the GDG Bogor website at gdgbogor.com and any related sub-pages, services, or digital platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of our Services immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered participants, community members, and any other users who access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GDG Bogor, an independent, volunteer-run Google Developer Group community based in Bogor, Indonesia.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Using the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmitting unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
• Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use of the Services.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the website through automated means without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our Services for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

GDG Bogor is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices.

As a community member — online or at events — you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
• Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or intimidating language and behavior.
• Not share the personal information of other community members without their explicit consent.
• Engage constructively and contribute positively to discussions and events.
• Report unacceptable behavior to the organizers at contact@gdgbogor.com.

GDG Bogor organizers reserve the right to take any action deemed appropriate in response to violations, including warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from all community spaces.

When you register for GDG Bogor events such as DevFest, JuaraGCP, or Road to DevFest sessions, the following terms apply:

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Availability: Event capacity may be limited. Registration does not guarantee attendance if the event is oversubscribed; confirmation is final only upon receipt of a ticket or confirmation email.
• Cancellation: GDG Bogor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, registered participants will be notified via the contact details provided at registration.
• Photography & Recording: By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for documentation and promotional purposes. These may be shared on our official channels.
• Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the Community Guidelines at all events. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund of any registration fee.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of GDG Bogor or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content without written permission.
• Commercial use of any materials, branding, or event assets owned by GDG Bogor.
• Use of any GDG Bogor branding in a way that suggests endorsement or official affiliation without prior consent.

GDG Bogor is a community group. The "Google Developer Groups" brand and associated marks are trademarks of Google LLC. GDG Bogor is not officially endorsed or affiliated with Google LLC.

Our Services integrate with and link to various third-party platforms. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. GDG Bogor is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

Links to external websites do not constitute an endorsement by GDG Bogor of those sites or their content.

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any information or content provided is accurate, complete, or current.

GDG Bogor is an independent community group and is not an official Google product or service. Views and content expressed are those of the community organizers and contributors, not of Google LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GDG Bogor, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any personal injury or property damage arising from attendance at a GDG Bogor event.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages were foreseeable or whether GDG Bogor was advised of their possibility.

GDG Bogor reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will endeavor to notify registered users via the email address provided at registration, or by posting a prominent notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Services.
